Welcome to Br Legetøj. The story of BR begins with the couple of Edith and Børge Rasmussen who in 1950 bought a kiosk in Roskilde. Today the Gjørup family remains behind BR, and it is the third generation leading the company with Lars and Peter Gjørup as CEOs.
BR started as a shop selling wrapping paper and it was not until 1963 when Bjarne Henrik Gjørup came into the family business that it finally became a toys store named BR- Legetøj inspired by Børge´s name.
