Cranio Sacral Therapy is a gentle and soft treatment with profound effects on body and mind. The system was developed by the American physician and osteopath Dr. John E.Upledger. Cranio Sacral Therapy is a treatment of the central nervous system, which consists of various techniques for restoration of tensions and imbalances that burden the central nervous system. By loosening membranes, connective tissue and muscles so that the brain and spinal cord can move freely, the system can handle the rest itself.

What all Cranio Sacral techniques have in common is ´the gentle pressure´, which means that the therapy is always carried out with very light hands, and is always experienced very comfortably by the client. During treatment the client lies fully clothed on a couch on their back or stomach.
